You had a student loan in Oklahoma in 1983 i now live in Arkansas I'm just now being notifide about it and have sense filled chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2004 can you include that?

1. You can not add anything that is not contained in the list of bankruptcy after it has been discharged. 2. 99% of the time you never discharge a student loan. The student loans are whatans for the government they want there money from the final part of the story. 3. The good news is that generally, except for any type of payment plan, as long as you talk with them about the situation. However, they are going to take your tax refund or garnish your wages if you do not contact them and make an effort to pay something. (MORE)
