There is no law against it. Each lender may or may not accept any primary, or co-signer, or any combination of them to make a loan.. Realisticlly, you probably won't acceptable...a much more realistically..since your BK and even this question indicates that you do not understand and have problems managing their own don't step out no one.. I appreciate it as an endorsement has all the duties and respondibilities of primary...except that you have no right ot property, isn't it? YOU SHOULD PAY OR GIVE WHAT YOU OWN TO DO SO (ALTHOUGH THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS PURCHASED, FOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE OR HAS A RIGHT TO IT).
