I think the answer is: A. The Articles of Confederation did not give strong power to the federal government.The articles of confederation did not give the central government to regulate the system of taxation in the country and the amount of the tariffs that must be imposed on the foreign products to come.This makes it very difficult for member states to formulate appropriate economic policies that would benefit the country
