The correct answer is B. to discover if it makes logical sense.When you are having a formal debate with someone, obviously, your arguments should be logical. It's best if you avoid the inclusion of emotions, but it is not crucial (just think of the pathos as a rhetorical strategy). What is important is that your arguments are based on facts and credible information because otherwise no one will believe you, if you lie down with them and find out.
