In an Enterprise Project Management (EPM), the projects can be addressed with a technique known as the phase of the gate of the technique. During this, the projects are divided into phases, and each phase has its own gate, which are basically the points where essential decisions must be taken. If there are too many doors, the team conducted the project will be too caught up with the revision of the doors instead of managing the project itself. This leads inevitably to the loss of a lot of time.
