The answer is: Each joint has a different range of motion.For example, look at the joints that connect his head with the body and the joint that connects the arm with the palm of your hand. The joint that connects the head and body to allow a view of 360 degrees of movement so you can rotate your head around the joint that connects the palm of his hand and his arm only allow 180 degrees of movement.
