The reason for this is the law called COPPA - protects children. Under the rule of COPPA, you can publish personal information on the sites, including the profile page here, and including e-mail, or anything else that might identify who you really are, or where you actually live, for example, your name, your brothers, or your school. To be involved in some of the groups require personal information, so that people under the age of 13 years are not allowed to join those groups. There is an exciting team for adolescents 13 to 18, called the INGENUITY of the equipment. When you turn 13, you can join that group.
