I would like to coose b. Carter was an unusual charismatic the speaker. In their first debate, Ford won through the exposure of Carter's inexperience. After the debates showed Carter as the best debater giving the viewers an idea that he had something to give to the country. This enabled him to win the nomination and to become the next president of the united states.
