The answer is "Lewis Hine".Lewis Hine is best known for his photos of the development of the workers who helped to mount the Empire State Building in 1930. But in previous years, praised the courageous work of these men who work high in Manhattan, Hine used his photographs to fight for social change. In 1908, then, the sociology educator was acquired by the National child Labor Committee to file, how children as young as seven were working in cotton factories and coal mines. More than 10 years took a lot of photos that persuaded US officials to familiarize new and modern, with directions to ensure the young people.
