The word hurricane is derived from the word hurricane, which began with the Carib Indians of the Antilles. The word hurricane representation of one or all of three things; a Taino god, a Carib god, and/or a Mayan storm god named Hunranken. After this, the Spanish colonists then changed the word hurricane hurricane.
