The correct answer is a personality test. Technique and skill testing can usually be prepared, since they involve skills needed for the job you are applying for, while the human resources tests usually have the same questions time and time again that you can find easily in any place. Things like where do you see yourself in five years and similar questions. Personality questionnaires, however, are difficult to prepare and even more difficult to manipulate in your favor.
