Response;the Collision theory Explanation;-Activation energy is the minimum amount of energy required by the reactants to start a chemical reaction. According to the theory of the collision of the atoms or molecules of the reactants must collide with sufficient energy, known as activation energy for chemical bonds to break and so initiate a chemical reaction.-In addition, according to the collision theory, when molecules of reactants collide, chemical bonds between the atoms are broken and then new bonds are formed to make new molecules.
