The answer is: Separate but EqualSeparate but equal is a doctrine that is often used by supporters of racial segregation to justify their discriminatory treatment to african american Citizens. Through this doctrine, were created different from public infrastructure to the black and white citizens (as the different health services, schools, bus seats, etc.).
