The correct answer is B.) A single ruler is in charge.Both monarchies and dictatorships share a common trait in that they are ruled by a single person who has absolute power in the country. Very often the person in charge of the country uses the position in a bad way so that he/she can achieve some ideal of yours, and at the expense of the country's population, which generally suffers because of it. Again, on rare occasions, the ruler can be quite good for its people, but more often than not it is not the case, and who are blinded by the power they have.
