The answer is letter A. The process of folding, uplift, and erosion in the form of ridges and valleys. Certain mountains are created through the folding of the upper layers of the earth's crust. Valleys on the other side are conducted through the erosion of dirt or soil. Tectonic uplift of the crust of the Earth is also responsible for the creation of the highlands forms we call the mountains.
