I have highlighted a list of books on the matter below. Go through them and identify the best personal development book for you.

The Success Principles- Jack Canfield

Jack Canfield is one of the most renowned authors of self-help material. In this work, he provides 65 ideas that will change your life. He provides a mountain of information on how to succeed and better your life.

Think and Grow Rich (21 st Century Version) - Napoleon Hill

Despite being written some eight decades ago, this book has useful information that will guarantee your success. Many accomplished people have attributed their success to this book over the years.

The Power of Positive Thinking- Dr. Norman Vincent Peale

Attitude is an integral part of success. A positive mindset puts you in a can-do state thus increasing your chances of success at tasks.

Outliers: The Story of Success- Malcolm Gladwell

This book uses a scientific approach to analyzing success. It provides you with success stories that show the underlying effect of time and skill in success.

Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity - David Allen

In this awesome book, David Allen shows us the important role of being organized plays in a person’s success.

Examples of personal growth goals include

d) Trying to be a better person to others.

The following is a list of what I consider the best sources for an online personal development course:

Create a Perfect Morning Routine

This online course shows you how to come up with a morning schedule. It gets you ready for work and other daily activities.

A Life of Happiness and Fulfillment

This course is a tried and tested formula for attaining joy and contentment in your life.

This course enables learners to have a deeper look at their “life stories.” Personal improvements can only be made after understanding your past. It provides an insight into why you are at a certain point in life currently. Additionally, this course encourages you to live your life to the maximum.

This post is very informative. I would like to recommend some more personal development books:

The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy, Not Time, Is the Key to High Performance and Personal Renewal-Jim Leohr and Tony Schwartz

This book is known for its different point of view. Most people tend to plan their activities based on time. This book however, suggests that for success, we need to manage our energies. The central idea is that we need to face life in “short sprints” rather than taking it as a long distance run. Invest all your energy when handling a certain task to get the best results.

The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich- Timothy Ferris

Provides invaluable information to those who are not content with the way things are. This is a must read for all those who would want to work and earn on the internet.

I think that among all those personal development books recommendations, The Success Principles by Jack Canfield is the best book to read. It summarizes the most useful advice often given by all other authors. I believe this work is the most inspiring one! After reading it, you start talking about your life as “before the book” and “after the book.” It helps you to evaluate your decisions and understand what needs to be done. It helped me to understand how important personal improvement was and motivated to change my life. Totally recommend it to read for inspiration.

Robert Greene’s 48 laws of power is a good personal development book. If you want to learn your behavior, people’s behavioral pattern and cope with them, then this is the right book.

I think it would be easier and better to give a direct link to the courses in order and make a decision on whether to take the course or not. Really nice personal development courses can help boost your reading and memory capability: Become a Super Learner™ 2: Learn Speed Reading & Boost Memory by Udemy. https://www.udemy.com/become-a-superlearner-2-speed-reading-memory-accelerated-learning/?siteID=M.2gxfuFsC4-pt376GmlV4hRtEQWQOIEdA&LSNPUBID=M*2gxfuFsC4
