The correct answer should be A. Hold managers, supervisors, and employees to the satisfaction of their own responsibilities. Policies need to be changed more often than once every 10 years, and, definitely, the employees need to participate because the workers know better what is problematic, in that the managers who sit in offices in suits and are not exposed to dangerous activities.
