a recallA recall is a vote on whether or not to keep or replace the existing elected official. The recovery process protects the voters of a fraudulent or ineffective elected officials. Citizens may request a recall election by obtaining the signatures of citizens showing support for the recall referendum. Once the recall vote is guaranteed, there is a new election, where the elected official should go against applicants for your position. If they win the recall, they are in the office. If they lose, they are replaced by the person winning the most votes.
