Answer – Leave your work to find anotherQuitting your job to find another, it might not be an option to increase its current income. As a matter of fact, doing so would lead to a reduction of income if a lower-paying job after quitting your current one, or worse yet total lack of income if no job is found after leaving the present job. In simple terms, if you quit your current job, there is no guarantee that you are going to find a better one. A more feasible option would be to start to look for a better job, without giving up your old job. Better still, if the options are available, you can request a promotion in your current job, or to apply for a merit salary increase.
