The answer is C. it is not known if many of the dietary supplements are EffectiveLosing weight is not Rocket Science. Your body has to burn more than what you receive. So, you have lesser consumption of calorie intake and letting the body burns fat as an energy source. If there are Pills that tell you that you can lose weight without controlling the intake of calories, it is a scam
