The answer is C. Body composition is the percentage of fats, proteins, bones, water, and the muscles that make up the human body. Different people have some variations in composition that can be used to indicate your state of health. It is better than BMI to measure health from the body composition, discriminate weight in terms of fat and muscles. Good body composition means good health, therefore all other options apply such as the benefits of good health, except for the greater range of motion.
