The correct answer is - a. the erosion of the soil.The surface of the mines, mainly, with a huge and devastating effect on the surface, in the soil. Due to the work of the mine, of all of its activities, and all of the chemicals released, starts quickly, pollute the soil and kill most of the flora. With this, the soil becomes much more lax, and that the erosion can do its thing, and it starts to affect you a lot because there is nothing that can keep the soil firm. As time passes, layer by layer, the soil is going to be very eroded and degraded, reaching a point where it is pretty much not able to do anything.
