Among the options, the polyatomic ion is only the third option, NH4+, where it is composed of nitrogen of a nitrogen atom and 4 hydrogen atoms. Option 2 is a monoatomic atom is composed only of calcium. Then, the first and the fourth choices are not ions because they are not charged.
