A. Primary cell cannot be recharged or the primary cell is not a rechargeable battery cell. The options above are the various types of the battery cell that is used for the preservation of the electrical energy. There are two main types of the battery cell that are the primary and the secondary cell based on its ability to recharge. The other options in addition to the primary cell is the secondary cell.
