Which is the correct lewis structure for ethylene, c2h4?

Remember this, when trying to find a valid structure of lewis, every atom must have a total of 8 electrons shared (full octet). Since it only has 4 atoms of hydrogen to work with, two each of carbon, I assumed a double bond in the middle. In this way, each atom has an octet complete, except for the hydrogen which is more stable with only two electrons. If it were a single bond between the carbon atoms, each carbon would have only a total of 6 electrons shared in violation of the rule of octet. So that a double bond is a necessity. This is the ethylene by the way.
