The correct answer is The freedom to gather for peaceful meetings. Freedom of assembly is one of the five freedoms guaranteed by the first amendment of the Constitution of the united states. Along with freedom of assembly, there is also the freedom of expression, freedom of religion, the right of petition and right to protest. All of these guaranteed freedoms were important to the founding fathers, as these were all restricted rights by the British government before the united States became its own independent country.
