Covalent bonds are the only force intramolecular the list. All the others are intermolecular forces. Intramolecular forces act only between the atoms within the molecule, while the intermolecular forces are the forces that act between the molecules.Intermolecular forces: dipole-dipole, London dispersion, ion-dipole and hydrogen bonding. (Forces of Van der Waal I believe that they refer to intermolecular forces in general, or it simply could be referring to London dispersion forces. I can't remember)intramolecular forces: covalent bonds, ionic bonds, and metallic bonds. I hope this helps. Let me know in the comments if something is not clear.
