When we say bias, this refers to something that shows the prejudice, or partiality. In making decisions, the bias is more likely to afflict consensus in decision making is the confirmation bias. Confirmation bias happens when the decision maker looks for information that would only support his decision. These information are used in order to persuade someone to support your decision.
