Which Course Delivery Option Should I Choose at Noble Continuing Education?

I need to meet my insurance continuing education requirements soon. The Noble Continuing Education program is one of the best American continuing education institutes. For this reason, it is my first choice. However, I am having a hard time deciding between the paper format and online course delivery. I would like to attend all my classes and still do my day job without any interruption due to classes. Which of these two course delivery options will give me the most flexibility as well as the best learning experience?

In order to keep your insurance license and get re-certification, it is compulsory to complete all requirements for continuing education. In most cases, individuals working in the insurance sector are required to take classes while still doing their jobs. In fact, there are very few employers who will give their employees time off work to attend these classes. Therefore, you have no other choice but to look for a program that makes it possible for you to juggle your work and the classes.

Continuing education at Noble is a good idea because this institution offers students different choices on how they want their classes delivered. This is one of the reasons why it is considered one of the best institutions for continuing education in America. At Noble, you have two options. You can either choose an online delivery or paper format for your classes. Online delivery is where you take all your classes and examinations online without having to visit the campus. In comparison, the paper format will require you to attend a brick and mortar classroom several times a week.

Online learning has more benefits compared to going to the school. One of the benefits you get from online learning is the fact that you get to choose your own hours of studying. You can choose to take your classes early in the morning before work or in the evening after work. Apart from this, you get to choose where to take your classes from. You can take the classes from the comfort of your home, at the office, at the park or anywhere else where you feel most comfortable. This is not possible with traditional learning. You will have to attend classes at a specific time of the day and you do not get the option of choosing where to study. The other benefit of online learning is that you can always cut your sessions short and continue later. This is because the Noble online platform saves your sessions and allows you to continue later. Last but not least, you will get to save a lot of money with online learning compared to on-campus learning. This is because you will not incur any transportation costs or any other on-campus costs.

You get a lot from online learning and it is easy to fit into your schedule. Try it out. You will be very glad you did.

I disagree. I think the paper format of Noble continuing education is more advantageous. One of the reasons why it is better to take a paper format course delivery program is that it does not require as much discipline as online learning does. With on-campus classes, all you have to do is to attend the class and the instructor will control how the session goes. This is not the case with online learning. With online learning, you decide when to study, what to study and how often you study. This requires a lot of discipline. If you are an undisciplined person, you might not pass your exams and you might end up wasting a lot of time and money on classes you are not benefiting from. The other advantage of paper format delivery is that you get to interact with professional instructors. This can come in handy whenever you need to ask questions or get clarifications about certain topics. This is not always possible with online learning.
