Option CMetals are known for their electropositive nature, as they can easily donate electrons to obtain the electronic configuration stable. In the periodic table, in group I is alkaline metals, which can give the 1 electron and form ions and group II elements are alkaline metals, can give 2 electrons to form ions.Because of the tendency to lose electrons, which are less electronegative in nature. Also, due to the low enthalpy of ionization of the outer electrons are delocalised (that can be removed easily).Also, you can easily lose electrons, which means that the electrons are very far away from the positive charge of the nucleus (the bigger size of atoms) as compared with the non-metals, which have a tendency to gain electrons.Therefore, the best feature is that the metal atoms are large and have low electronegativies.
