The correct answer should be the exercise. You can exercise in any way you want to, even if you do not have a professional equipment or places to exercise. You you can go jogging or cycling, or you can do cardio on your own of the room. You can choose how much and how often you want the exercise, and nothing going on is definitely better than doing nothing.
