A grantor is a person or institution that is a copayer of the loan,in case the original borrower. As a general rule, if youcannot qualify for the loan in your account, due to the credit ratings orother problems, you should not take the loan. That is because youput the other person's finances at risk. To get a person backyou, you must provide a solid business plan, a share in theproperty and to provide funds for a down payment. You should expectthat if you do not make the payments, that the person is going to repossessthe of the property.
