You may not, is like asking an English translation of the Twilight or the Lord of the Rings. The language of Shakespeare is English to begin with; he is the greatest writer in the English language. People have trouble understanding Shakespeare, not because he wrote in a different language, but because he wrote in a dense, poetic and figurative style. For those who do not speak English well enough to understand Shakespeare, go to sparknotes and click on Shakespeare Have No Fear, or something like that. There are dumbed-down versions of all his works.
