What were prices of mining supplies during the 1849 gold rush?

As much as the sellers could charge. Not only mining supplies, but ALL supplies used by the miners. A shovel or pick might sell for $100 (normal price at that time might have been $1.00) and eggs sold for $1.00 each (instead of 12 nickel). Some made money mining gold-some made money selling shovels.
