I think the answer is: "to Provide economic aid to several foreign nations" to "contain Communism from spreading any further" and "to establish U.S. military bases around the world,"Truman doctrine was created for one purpose only, to prevent communism from spreading its influence to other countries. The economic aid that is being done to prevent the obtaining of loans from the soviet union and other nations in debt to the communist country and the establishment of military bases throughout the world is done with the purpose of giving military support to Countries involved in military struggles against the soviet army.
