What you should do is to reduce the speed, as well as to be able to rotate at moderate speed, and you should also be careful when you anchor, because you have to anchor bow instead of the stern to avoid capsizing or swamping of a boat in rough waters. If you don't do this, there is a high chance that you might tip over and, often, that can be dangerous to you and your wallet.
