The Renaissance was a "rebirth" of learning in Europe that derive from the revelation of the Greek and Roman classic texts, art and learning. European thinkers were inspired by the work of art of the ancient empires. This inspired in the works of Leonardo da Vinci, michelangelo and Raphael. Thinkers began to translate ancient texts, as well as biblical works in the everyday language.
