The National Labor Relations Act was the law that recognizes the right of workers to join a union. This act was passed by the Congress of the united States in the year of 1935. This act was named after senator Robert F. Wagner and then this law was also known by the name of Wagner Act. his law is that which gives to the employees of the companies deprived of the basic rights for the final negotiations with the employer.
