I was just looking at the same thing, because I am doing my GCSE in a couple of days...it is the same as aerobic respiration in humans..(the only difference is yeast can also rexhale anerobically if there is no oxygen available, although this produces less engergy). glucose + oxygen --> water + carbon dioxide + energy (32 ATP).- (whereas anerobically yeast would only have made 2 ATP).
