What is the Statute of limitations on a contract with the federal government?

Federally guaranteed Student Loans, there is no statute of limitations unless you enroll in the Income Based Repayment in the program. This repayment program started July 1, 2009, and set a limitation for the participants of the program, for 25 years. After 25 years, any remaining balance is forgiven.
