Commercial loans refer in general to the real estate in which the business is going to operate. Business loans generally refer to the financing of the general expenses for the business work. A restaurant, for example, can have a loan for the equipment and employees as a business loan and, simultaneously, the owner of the property and has a second business loan. The loans are usually difficult and should only be approached with the assistance of professional advice.
