An allegory is a method of communicating a message representativelythrough symbols of one of the images. Allegories often teach complex lessonsby the extended use of metaphors, the massge transmitted is oftenmuch bigger than the words that are used to communicate. While thewords themselves have meaning and communicate a message, the largermessage is carried by the symbols and the images used.
