If one is using the Windows operating system, there is already a free speech recognition program installed on the computer. You can find in the Start Menu.The Massey Speech Project, Google Voice, and e-Speaking will be of use.However, the majority of good voice-to-text software will be shareware. Some of the best speech to text software freeware includes ViaVoice and Dragon.
