Without doubt, that of someone who is trying to prevent the achievement of a goal could be a friend, family member, or a stranger. If it is a friend, then it is better to cut the ties with him or her as that prevents you from reaching a goal is a very bad thing for a friend. Cutting the ties with someone like this will allow you to move forward and achieve that goal. If you are a member of the family, then cutting of the ties is almost impossible. A detailed explanation is required and to hear members of the family also. In this case, understanding is key. If it is a stranger, then I move around and be psychologically sound as well as to achieve my goal. A stranger can not dictate my actions.
