The bonds that are located in the interior of a water molecule and between the hydrogen and the oxygen are a covalent bond, specifically polar covalent bond. The oxygen and hydrogen share electrons forming a covalent bond and due to the difference of electronegativity of a dipole temporary is made. I hope this answers the question.
