IF the original question is 3x2 + 14x + 16 = 0, THEN the answer is the following: 3x2 + 14x = -16x(3x + 14) = -16x = -163x + 14 = -163x = -30x = -3Not sure that you're going to get fractions, I guess that is because the equation does not render correctly in your question.
