In my experience with Dell (had a desktop that lasted 5 years) Here is what you can come up with... Pros: Pre-built and Assembled Easier to order (phone/online) Many options to choose from Returnable in some cases fixable by their experts Warranty (if you purchase it) Cons: Customer Service (Can be horrible, call waiting, etc) Good reliability Overpricing exists (with care)
