When we look at prospective employees, looking for: absolutely essential skills that we need. Ability to fit in with other figures in our groups. Help (wOuld be surprised how many of them can't find work because of previous poor records) Variables: Experience (hours of work, which helps, deal with the powers, but not the same) Education time with previous models (changes every year?)
