I think the answer is: you Feel optimistic and able to handle the driving situationsThe main difference between safe and at-risk drivers are in the driving method that is used. Safe drivers tend to only want to drive a vehicle if they are sure that they have what it takes to drive to them, and to avoid situations that might caused collisions. Drivers at risk on the other hand, you could choose to drive vehicles, even if they know that they are lack of experiences.
