What are external and internal reasons for change in organizations?

There are things, situations, events, etc that are produced within an organization that affect the way in which an organization operates ( either in a positive or negative way). These things, situations, events that affect the way in which an organization operates are called driving forces . There are two types of driving forces in the following manner: . Internal driving forces . External driving forces . OK, what I nternal driving forces ? Internal driving forces are those kinds of things, situations, events, etc, that occur within an organization and basically under the organizations control. Once again these internal driving forces can affect the organization in either a positive or negative way. OK, some examples of internal driving forces.
